Good personnel, really welcoming and helpful particularly during the day shifts. For the price its an excellent offer. The receptionist is awesome, knows fantastic spots to visit for travelers.

If you are travelling to Dunmow you have to reserve at Motts Bed & Breakfast. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. Also a very good vibes.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff on the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests ended up usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Quite wonderful hotel and good location. I Definitely suggest Motts Bed & Breakfast!

I have stayed for five days with my wife. Beds were comfy and the room was usually clean. The employees have been quite useful and welcoming and always made us feel good. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was excellent. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.
